I had a bad experience with These guys. I had booked a AC india from T Nagar to Mahabalipuram which i had called twice to confirm. When the cab came it was a Omini and that too non-AC and the condition was pathetic. I thought i would manage with it if it is AC and got in. When i realised the condition of the cab and that it didnt have an AC that too in so much heat..i called the travel guys and they used to just keep me on hold and after sometime disconnect. After this happened for about 3-4 times i decided to ask for their manager next time i called and some guy came on line and instead of understanding the issue he was rude and started saying why did you get into the cab at all .Now we cannt do anything and started talking harsh and rude and he spoke to driver something and driver just disconnected and just drove off. Realsing that nothing will work out i continued my journey in the heat.. This was such a pathetic an horrible experience.. Please avoid these guys
