Hey friends.. Have made all the payments via cheque or CC .. so have all the records ( thank god or else they would put me in jail :)).. so this is one more feather in the hat .. i.e. taking money & declaring defaulter.. Becareful. As i mentioned earlier.. they can go to any level. This shows their high handedness and proves me right.
There are many many members who have not paid maintenance as per the bill on the wall. Suggest to go after them. Many assurances made ( verbal) while taking membership .. which are never fulfilled. We just have to live with it.
I can share more experiences later. As of now .. ........There are always pros & cons of each place. Overall its a good place .. if you keep mum ;).
Good club .. but unprofessional management for such a nice property. They are good if you keep mum. If you talk your will be thrown out 9 they can go to any level. They only want memebers who do not demand & peacfully accept whatever is given. Front desk filled with sales reps only interested in sales as they get commision .. no service rep.. restaurant is expensive for memebers too.. not a single facility has comeup in last 5 years for the members .. like squash, badminton etc. ( as assured). No disco, amphitheatre & lawns are for weddings only not for members. the club is closed for atleast 2 months in a year for maintenance purpose .. swimming pool is unusable ( very dirty) in summers as they summer training camps for kids. Good for first timers who have not seen anything like this before.
