I used the Top4 call driver service on 19th of auguast and because of the drivers carelessness the car hit a small platfrom inside the housing premises and there is a dent on the front bumper. I posted a complaint (complaint no. 29) which is still unattended. I spoke even to the Manager Mr. Yuvaraj who promised to look into the matter which iwas 3 days back and I am waiting for a respons. I f the company claims to be what it is then the thy should develop their reliability. I tried to get an e mail id to follow up with the matter not finding which I had to put it here. My phone number was given the time the complaint was filed followed by everytime I called to enquire about the status. I beleive that at least this will come to the notice of higher authorities and they could take proper action in this matter.
