Hello Shan, may I please know your real name and the date when you had your facial with S2 Spa? As per record, I do not have a client with the name of Shan so you might be using a nickname. As a standard operating procedure in our spa, we have a review sheet which we ask all our clients to fill out after every service and if there's any unsatisfactory review, we would surely act on it right away. Shan, I am really just wondering what facial you got done with us because we do not have a 30 or 45 minute facial in S2 Spa. All our first-time facials start with a skin consultation and this alone already takes up 15 to 30 mins. The whole facial takes up another 2 hours if you are visiting for the 1st time, that's because we do it on half of the face first before we do the other half. And do you know why we do it on half face and show you the mirror before we continue? Because if you don't see a difference and you are not happy with the result, you have the choice not to continue and we will not charge you. That's how confident we are with our treatments. The same rule will apply to you, Shan. We have a detailed time log book of all services done. Our spa manager knows exactly when a service starts and ends, and if anything has been done undertime by 1 hr and 15 mins, we would surely have questioned our therapist. Food is relatively expensive, especially the drinks. The wide spread of menu is so confusing. Some pasta recipes are good.
