Had very frustrating and miserable experience with Sakaar. I ordered a Recliner sofa early in April, and was promised delivery in 45 to 60 days. But I had to run after them, got several new delivery date promises and finally received the sofa in September after almost 160 days. It was very difficult to contact them over phone and whenever I got through they promised to call back but they never did. The delivered product was also not to my expectation. Some of the employees seemed to be helpful but the lady who had initially pushed the sale, and who seemed to be a person of authority in the company, was least bothered later on when I asked about the delays and treated the matter as normal. Perhaps such delays are the standard for Sakaar.
