i feel so sad that so promising young entreprenaurs who are the future of this country are doing such a kind of business. I mean minor hickups is normal in business provided there is a valid reason, but change of behaviour after sales is something new for me. I have got done my house in lizzola italy around 4 years back and still i have no inconvenience in the furniture i picked. You wont believe that the company officials send us a welcome note every 3 months to check on quality or remarks,,such is a service of class in my country. I mean whats happeneing to this country. Deliveries are done on such long duration and my god at midnights..rather these are imported peices, so why the delay?? The ambience created at the time i enter the showroom, i trusted them and i have deeply dissapointed. I had to give my wife a surprise on her wedding day and it happened so that the gift ( furniture ) arrived from their shop 2 months later than the delivery time of 15 days. Wow, what a surprise gift for me. I dont know what may happen if i have any complaints or service to be done.
