They are cheats! They took Rs 6,500 from me as advance and sent a maid who was a petty thief. Why should they hire such people and send them to houses? When I complained to their office, a person there said they had two earlier complaints against this same maid, so they knew her history, but while bringing the maid they say all good things about her. When I asked for previous reference to verify her authenticity before keeping her at home, they coolly say the family she worked with has relocated to the US. The second one, left as she had run away from her home, and was pestered by her home members to return. Now it's more than 10 days, and no sign of them sending a maid. The owner Rao and Rao cuts off my call. When I ring up their office, they say another person will contact you, but no one does. Horrible to deal with such people!
