Im really disappointed. I actually happen to like the place a lot and went there for a perm. My experience was a complete nightmare. I took consultation and told the stylist that I wanted curls only till half my hair, the curlers and lotion shud not touch my scalp and I want big curls not the thin stringy ones. I was assured of the results. But they did everythin tht I asked them not to. Even when I was pointin out while they were doin it sayin they r givin me thin curls they were like dont worry the end result wud be what I want. But it was like I feared. Afterwards I pointed out tht they ruined my hair the consolation tht I got from them was come after 3 days n we will set ur hair with rollers and u will get the curl u want. If I had to get my curls from rollers why the hell did I waste 3 hrs of my time and 5.5k. When the woman finished puttin half the rollers in my hair she tells me tht my hair is thin and the curls wud be thin. Just imagine. I cud have gone to a 3rd rate parlor, paid 1/3 rd the amount and gotten the same result. My hair has dried out now n feels like straw and looks even worse. DO NOT GO THERE FOR A PERM EVER!!
