Ever since they started laying cables in Koramangala 4th block Mr.Gireesha, sales guy, had been calling me regularly and promised me activation within 7 days, free installation, wifi free router - all for paying 6 months charges in advance. After taking the money I didnât receive any call from their side. Waited for 7 days and then made multiple calls to get the installation team come and have the cable extended into my office. They still havenât given the wifi router; it has been 17 days. Filed a complaint with customer service; every time they promised that the router will be delivered the same evening or without fail by next day morning. It has been going on for almost a week now. I have called the sales guy, customer care no multiple times and no one is willing to commit to date. nevertheless, they already have started billing me. Some of them get irritated when you call them and take it to the extend of abusive you verbally. Take their service at your own risk. Pros: appears as a cheap priced better bandwidth provider

I have seen most gyms in Koramangala and this one is probably one of the cleanest and well maintained gyms. I have been a member since Sep and is quite a friendly place. Most people who comes to this gym are people working in IT companies/banks in 5th block/industrial layout and nearby places and also students in Christ College/JNC. It is not crowded much. Good brand new machines from Life Fitness which you wont find in many gyms. Steve, trainer/manager is a real friendly person and has a lot of experience and knowledge of fitness training. They have got junior trainers; not so much experienced but really helpful in workouts. Membership fees are almost 2/3rd and at times 1/2 of what Snap or Fitness One or Chisel would charge. One thing I found is that they dont have group classes of any kind may be because it is relatively new. Also they dont advertise much; may be they want to keep it less crowded but well maintained.
