As a soldier iwas closely associated with your company for the last 20 years PAN India , recently setlled down at bangalore, and for the first time i encountered very arrogant behiver by one of the CSA at one of your out let at 100 feet road intermideat ring road ejipura . but it repeated twice in a month but this time different CSA. the incedent ... View Moreis , when i requested for a refill of petrol for 551 againest my debit card they directed me to go to specfied designated dispencing pump, on asking why , CSA replied that all the pump at the filling station is sycncronised to deliver in denominatios of 10`s and 100`s only where as i requested for 555,i am compeld to post this incident to you as i could not find any colum on BPCL WEBSITE other than vigilance complint , i kindly request you direct me to best possible solution View Less

while issuing the second cylinder why the installation is charged on 19 sept.2015 I have taken the 2nd clynder the company has charged Rs 1450 as security and the RS 50 extra as installation charges. it was not the new connection then why installation charges was taken
