Not only this : your call centre executives puts our phones on hold for long time, even about 7-10 minutes, at last they cut our calls, this is what the service you provide to your customer.
They put our call on hold, then they go and take another call from another line, what is this service.
About Your Floor in charge: (Bharath, Javeed and Shalini) ï they are very very poor incharges they always bluff.
If I want to raise a compliant with the managers, I ask your executives to connect to Managers, but they connect to their floor in charge. They always say sorry, but they never improved from their service, they used to say the same story that sir vehicle got punctured or traffic some other storiesâ¦
Last week for 8:45 AM pickups they shares my number with driver after 8:35AM, then how your driver can reach my spot at 8:45 AM ?
All these issues the main reasons are your call centre executives and floor in charges.
Your call centre executives doesnât know the places in the Bangalore, they assign the cabs from 10-15Km away from the pickup spot. (especially ladies). Then how your drivers can reach my spot on time.
I donât think this is happening for me, it may be happening for most of your customers.
If Fast Track reaches on time means thats your luck.

Very bad service provided. Booked the fasttrack cab to reach railway station. We did not get any call from driver even after the allotted time. when we called to enquire, we were informed that it would be half an hour late.. Missed the train because of the utterly worst service

I had booked the cab for 1000hrs today - 14/05/2011 . The booking was done about 12 hours prior. My experience with the service was an exact action replay of what had been mentioned by sachin21jan.
1. At the time of booking, the customer service representative did not even bother to provide the booking number. He confirmed that the booking and ... View More immediately disconnected the call.
2. Then I called up again to get the booking number.
3. In the morning at 0930rs I called up the customer service. They confirmed about the booking and informed that the driver would call at 0945 hrs.
4. At 0955 I called up customer service again. .The customer service asked to hold on and started talking to someone else. After a few minutes the call got disconnected.
5. Between 1000hrs and 1015hrs I gave 4 calls to customer services. They picked up and immediately disconnected the call.
6. Surely they neither had courtesy of informing about the delay nor had the sense of regrets.
7. At 1020 hrs, I called up customer service who informed that the cab could come only be 1030 hrs since no vehicle is near the pickup point. (Doddanakundi, One KM from Marathahalli Bridge).
8. At1045rhs, the driver called up and said the he would be able to reach in about 1 hour.
Finally I missed my appointment. If anyone is looking for timely services, my sincere suggestion is not to rely on Fast track. Strict NO for anyone looking for keeping any important appointment, for catching train, buses etc. Or else keep a buffer of atleast 2 hours. Booking is purely at your risk.

I couldn't resist myself calling customer care again. After hearing me for 30 secs, customer care representative happily disconnected the call again. Then I realized that they don't even care about their customers and they don't even have sense of responsibility of destroying my day. I was 1 hour late. Last night, I booked a taxi to take me from Ulsoor to Malleswaram. When it turned up, I noticed that the taxi driver seemed very listless. Finally, when we reached our destination, I called up Fast Track's implausibly-named 'customer care' number to complain. I was informed that 'the driver was sick' at which point I flared up and asked how they could endanger everyone concerned by sending out a sick driver. I was rudely asked if anything had happened to me, if I was hurt or injured in any way, and if not why was I bothering them. Apparently the deal with Fast Track is, as long as you get there in one piece, never mind the risks and poor service along the way, you have no right to complain. View Less
