I visited Garve Hyundai for i20 inquiry. Name of the sales person was Sunil. The experience with him was horrible. He was very rude,unprofessional. He even doesn't know how to talk and behave with customers. He needs proper training. In short experience was very bad.

They charge like anything in paid service. For my first paid service they charged around 4500 Rs (just engine oil change, coolant change, wheel alignment etc) I am not sure if they have changed oil/coolant or not. And for second paid servicing they charged 9100 Rs. They call it as major servicing for 30000 Km and my car total running is 27000 Km. N ... They sell some discoun ... View Moret cards for Privilege customer Loyalty Campaign ...which is CRAP... it says free caar cleanings and vaccuming. where as I have received my car without being washed, forget about vacuuming.
Requesting all not to send your cars to GARVE Hyundai. I have tried it twice and both time they failed. View Less

i went to garve hyundai after 8 days prior appointment on 23rd july , also i had conformed appointment on 22nd july personnly, even after they has refused to attain my car work with out any reason , my vehicle is under warranty they want only paid service car and money only!!! i recommend not to send your new car to garve hyundai for repair.

i have santro car after taken appointment i went to w/s for car repair under warranty, but they refused to take the car in from gate it self. very very poor attitude of dealer, they do not want to give service under warranty , want only paid service customer to get money, i do refer this dealer to any one.

View Moredai as they were unable to locate the fault. Sanjay Hyundai staff had to guide them on the phone to get my car started again. There are older and more experienced dealers with better reputations available in Pune. Garve Hyundai is distributing discount coupons to attract customers in the hinjewadi area however i think they would be better off sorting out their internal issues first before trying to attract more clients. I think Ill stick to Sanjay Hyundai for now. View Less

The cleanup of the car glass windows was quite bad. It may be because I asked them to suddenly change my delivery from the next day morning to the same day evening. But I guess they need to improve on this. View Less
