Worst place ever!!! Each dog is tied a in a small room. the staff over there is very rude and when asked question they don't even bother to reply. The puppies over there are sooo skinny. There is no freedom for the animals over there. I think the stray dogs on the road are much happier that these dogs in the shelter.
