-The international ticket booking is messed up all the time causing huge loss to customer; they dont inform you in advance whether the ticket offered and booked is refundable or non-refundable if it is cancelled. In the event of cancellation that just say 'sorry' and the loss is on customer. There are many incidents to narrate. -The JC Road Branch Manager (Ms.Manjula) is one of the "customer unfriendly" managers I have ever come across. She snubs and challenges the customer when she is approached for any support or assistance or complaints. She is all in total support of her staff without even listening fully the to the customers woes. It is quite scary. -Can the Management do something about it?
