I was booking one month ago.still they are not delivered.really I m switched off,this is my worst experience.they never picks the phone.

Agree to Vargis. Very poor customer support. They never pick up the phone or even treat you properly if you go to their office. Deliveries are not proper. Unexplained urgencies deprive proper delivery putting customers in deep trouble.

This is a worst agency. They never pickup the phone. booked for cylinder 1 month ago. Till now I have not received the cylinder. Tried reaching the given phone no above. It rings, but nobody picks up or it will be busy.

Even I am going through a very bad experience with this agency. Almost a week back I had paid money and was given only stove and regulator. Till now nobody contacted me to deliver the cylinder. I have been trying to reach them on phone, since one week either phone keeps ringing or engaged. Since this morning they have been telling that delivery guy will be coming and delivers the cylinder. I wasted whole day, now they are telling that, they do not have stock. they deliver tomorrow. If there is no stock why the hell they had given me the stove and telling me since morning that it will be delivered today. They do not have any system for customer service.

one of the worst gas agencies I have seen. They never picks the phone and deliver in time. My experience with them is worst . Also they books the gas themself and even if you complaint to them also no use. Try to shift to any other agency if you are planning to take connection from this agency.
