This is the place you must visit if you are looking for typical north Indian food. They serve the combos and delicious parathas.
This Mast Kalndar restaurants curries are made in the morning & served till evening. I ordered many time their combos & found insects & rat poos. Earlier my friends also found hairs in their kulchas & paranthas. It seems their kitchen is very UNhygenic. Expensive deal for health, as well as for wallet.
We (me and my wife) had visited Mast Kalandar (I think it had just started that time in Koramangala) around 3 years back and it used to serve quite spicy food. Quality was ok, but not that great. But both of us were in for a wonderful surprise when we tried Mast kalandar this year in Feb. The Quality of food has become really home-like and the various combo options are superb and come at affordable prices. The home delivery also happens well within time, and once in a while if there are any chances of delay, the same is communicated beforehand if you are placing an order for home delivery. I tried their home delivery. They deliver in 30-45 minutes. Overall good northindian food. Among few places where you can get north indian meal with tawa chapatis.
This place is wonderful for North Indian cuisine.
The food is good and almost tastes like home cooked food. Great variety of 'paranthas'.
The combo packs are also good. Almost economical and has enough space for letting you 'not waiting' before you get a seat. Even during peak hours, the turn around time is okay.
