My microwave has been lying in this shop for 2+ months. Once they said it has been repaired and gave it back, charged me Rs. 950. I got it home, it didn't work, same problem. Gave it back to the shop.
Since then the owner has been lying outright. Every time I call him, he says that it will be ready after 2 days... guaranteed! When I call him after 2 days, he repeats the same story. This has been happening for more than 1.5 months now.
There are many other good repair shops in Thiipasandra, go to them. DO NOT USE METRO SERVICES AT ALL!!!
The owner of this shop, Nayak, is a big LIAR! For more than 1.5 months, he has been promising me that my microwave will be fixed 'tomorrow'... his tomorrow never comes. He has also guaranteed that if it is not fixed by 'tomorrow', I can take back the microwave and the money paid so far.
LIAR!!! CHEAT!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! TO BE AVOIDED!!!
