No proper service.
Workers are not experienced, they spoil the vehicle.
Very rough handling. They simply tell that the part is gone and you have to replace a new one.

zero stars for Rishi motors....very bad experience & worst service with Rishi motors. They just tell stories and make us purchase vehicle. but they dont give new vehicle also. my vehicle wasn't looking like new vehicle. Some of the parts and guard is all rusted. I just purchased pleasure 6 months back and now its in bad condition. Its not starting up self kick is not properly working. If we go for free service in Rishi motors they just clean the vehicle and give. Thats also not perfect cleaning. Everyone is irresponsible. Never ever purchase vehicle in Rishi motors....
Very Bad Experience with Rishi Hero Thubarahalli show room while purchasing and free services. I have purchased a new scooter Pleasure in this show room this year. The management and their staff are very negligible towards customers. They will fit all the rusted and old spare parts. If you dont see it then you loose your money. And they will tell you that they dont have stock and ask you to come next time. The helmet given was very very cheap quality. One time my family felt that they just want money and don't care about customer satisfaction.
And also very bad experience with the pleasure scooter as well. It started troubling me in a month after purchase. Self start and pickup problem. Given this scooter for free services in same showr

The most Hopeless customer service ever. The guys working here are absolutely worthless and hopeless.
I had booked a bike for my father its been more than a month(infact 2) and not delivered yet and they missed two agreed delivery dates.
And surprisingly before my third visit today I had called them twice in the morning to confirm if the bike is ready and i got a YES as an answer and on reaching the showroom leaving work early(after fighting with my boss) I got a shock of my life that the bike itself has not reached yet ;)
Tomorrow is my 4th promised delivery date, which i am really sceptical about .
Please avoid any sort of booking with this guys, they don't seem to be knowing what customer service means and have no value

Think before going here for service.. I went recently by thinking they started newly..
As the company new in the place, the employees are also new and they don't have any experience on service.
I had a worst experience for my bike service. The extra parts what they are providing we can't even find it on road side. That much quality less they are.
Not less than that, Dare to go for service here..
If you love your bike, then please dont go there. because i love my bike a lot.
