Bought six chairs from sakaar with amazing promises of quality and service. In 3 months the upholstry on all 6 chairs began to give way and when I contacted the ever so promising staff at sakaar the reply was pathetic. The sales lady told me 'SIR THE CHAIRS YOU BOUGHT FROM US ARE FROM CHINA AND SO THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR CHANGING THE UPHOLSTRY'. Amazing!! Pls readers never buy anything from sakaar and also spread the word that this is a fraud company.

Worst service that i have come across through any retailer. They will make you great promises when they have to sell and when it comes to servicing they say you have to cooperate and we cannot do as per your schedule. I mean what are we asking them for ....service at the cost of money. They first say 3 days then they say one week and its been almost 20 days they havent pickd my sofa from the showroom yet. Just be aware the guys who do a labour job give better service than sakaar at half the cost. Pathetic service....
Worst experience ever. Have never seen such horrible customer service. The company is not interested in the client. They are more interested in selling the product however bad it is. Once sold the relationship between the client and the company seems to end. The owner Mr. Kamlesh is only interested in selling....rather pushing an item onto the client whether he wants it or not. The products are also priced very high. These items are sold at atleast 5 times their original price even when there is a sale. There is absolutely no quality in the products. A request to anyone who plans to buy here, do not believe that anything purchased here will be provided on time or have quality or have a customer support!!! The most horrible place to shop fro

i feel so sad that so promising young entreprenaurs who are the future of this country are doing such a kind of business. I mean minor hickups is normal in business provided there is a valid reason, but change of behaviour after sales is something new for me. I have got done my house in lizzola italy around 4 years back and still i have no inconvenience in the furniture i picked. You wont believe that the company officials send us a welcome note every 3 months to check on quality or remarks,,such is a service of class in my country. I mean whats happeneing to this country. Deliveries are done on such long duration and my god at midnights..rather these are imported peices, so why the delay?? The ambience created at the time i enter the showr

Had very frustrating and miserable experience with Sakaar. I ordered a Recliner sofa early in April, and was promised delivery in 45 to 60 days. But I had to run after them, got several new delivery date promises and finally received the sofa in September after almost 160 days. It was very difficult to contact them over phone and whenever I got through they promised to call back but they never did. The delivered product was also not to my expectation. Some of the employees seemed to be helpful but the lady who had initially pushed the sale, and who seemed to be a person of authority in the company, was least bothered later on when I asked about the delays and treated the matter as normal. Perhaps such delays are the standard for Sakaar.
