im so disgusted with the salon.havent seen such an adamant bunch of staff anywhere else.this is for my horrible experience with naturals,kottivakkam.NEGATIVE RATINGS ONLY.

I had very bad experience in naturals Family salon in kottivakkam ECR...Wrong commitment given...
I have done Straitening with hair colouring ....they promised the colour will be there for Six months ..but not even a month colouring and staritening is gone ...i hve payed abt 13000 bugs
Utter waste ..now i changed my membership to greentrends saloon in ECR

Absolute professionals. Love them! Had a hair cut, the girl did it perfect! Recommend them absolutely.

My recent visit to the Naturals beauty parlour is the reason why I am here to share my experience. I have heard a lot about Naturals saloon and spa both negative and positive reviews. I wanted to give it a try when I first spotted it in my locality. I did not want to risk my hair or face and went for a pedicure first to check out if they are professional as they claim to be. And guess what I was so excited to see the output. Yes, the girl who attended to me may be young but she did have tricks under her hat. The pedicure lasted almost 45 minutes starting from cleansing my hands to finally applying nail colour to my nails. I was really glad I found this place. Now I am a regular at their parlour.

Naturals is the best place I have been in recent years. Not just their customer service but the ambience is also worth a mention. You feel at home in this beauty salon. I even booked a bridal service for my friend and though expensive we realized it was worth every single time when we saw the photographs and video. Their bridal service is extraordinary but you need to book in advance. Bridal package consists of regular facial, waxing, pedicure, manicure that starts about a month back. I would give a big go ahead for Naturals.

Very neat and clean.all services under one roof. worth the money. not very expensive just about the right price.good service. though sometimes you have to wait for a while.but then again they have a nice waiting area with lots of magazines. the timings are very good. suitable for working women. it's open till 7.30 -8:00 p.m.
