I went to Samsung showroom @ Express avenue on 25 dec. I just want to enquire about Samsung galaxy note 8 n5100 & experience its features in showroom as this product has very good review, Not only that my cousin bought the product & gave very good review.
I asked a person (lady) who is working in the shop. She said, there is no such model in samsung and she said, in 8.0 inches , only samsung tablet is available.
I was just shocked. I told her that my cousin bought that product and to make her more clear, i googled the model name in my mobile & shown it to her. Later she said, the model is not available in India.
I told her that if you doesnt know the information, please dont give wrong information. Immediately, she replied harshl ... மேலும் காண்கy "you should not say like this. we will know about the product which is only available in our showroom". How can a person in the showroom can say like this to a customer ?
There are lot of media available to see the information about the product such as internet, news paper etc., we are going to showroom to experience the product. As a customer , then only i can decide whether to buy or not.
Basically the thing is
1. Customers should be respected !
2. should not make them fool (very important)
i had very worst experience in the shop and immediately i came out.
