In this store in ranganathan street i went to buy many things, inclusing a dress for me, household items, electronic items. I don't know tamil so i was taking to the persons in billing section in english and they were laughing because they donot understand what i say. After coming home i found that the dress material i bought is damaged one. I went next day to return it but it was hard time. They told to go to basement and there they told to go to first floor for a signature of supervisor. There i waited half an hour for him ( no chairs to sit) and he did not come. They told he went to have lunch. The incharge there kept me waiting and just biting his nails and giving serious looks when i asked him to give supervisor number. I was exhausted
