We, a family of four, were booked to fly by South China Airlines from Beijing to Delhi via Guangzhou on 4th July, 2017. The flight was cancelled due to rain in Beijing and floods in Guangzhou. The South China Airlines in Beijing refused to endorse our tickets on another airline or provide any hotel to stay till another flight or to give any assistance. They said that they have no responsibility to passengers, in case of bad weather. We had to take another flight via Singapore to Delhi by Singapore airlines at our own cost. We have applied for refund of tickets thru our travel agents, even here, the South China airline has not done anything for 15 days. Please be beware of flying with such an airline anywhere. MM SHARMA -Worst international airline in India. During our last journey from Delhi to Portland, US via Guangzhou and Vancouver on 23 May,2016 we had our lives' worst experience due to cancellation of Flt. CZ 360 due to sudden rains in Delhi. Though we were accommodated in a far away Hotel in Vasant Kunj on 24 May but the next special flight could be arranged on 25 May,2016 at around 12.30 PM that too after all passengers waiting for 2 days shouted slogans of "Hai-Hai" repeatedly at the boarding gate since the flt earlier announced to take off at 1.30 AM past mid night also did not reach Delhi.All connected flights of most passengers went out of loop due to the abnormal delay in this original flt. from Delhi. Worst airline I ever seen.during my journey from Guangzhou to delhi on 10 dec in flight cz 3027 they deliberately delayed flight by one hour to load some commercial corgo.to compensate the weight they offload many passengers luggage . When I reached delhi they simply told ur luggage left at Guangzhou n we will send it to ur home by next day. Till than I m calling these people day n night but they have no answer except that we r tracing

My daughter flew with her husband today,both US CITIZENS on 01 october2015 on the second leg of their journey from GUANGZOU/CHINA to DELHI/INDIA,& at the entry of aircraft FLIGHT 3027 at the door one of their Carry on was taken by AIRHOSTESS, saying that it will be given back at arrival at DELHI.

I have booked a flight ticket through Make may trip for international flight , only to discover the one alphabet of his name mentioned wrong ( Surgeet singh instead of Surjeet singh ) at the time of ticket booking. I doesn't know whether this was my mistake or the Agent. I have checked with china southern Airlines they have really not been very helpful. I just think it is so unreasonable not to allow people to pay to correction the name on the ticket, especially when it does not involve a change in the person who is flying but just correcting a spelling mistake! However the agent is saying they don't do correction once ticket issued and further contact to Airline,also, they have already passed remarked in this regard to ... மேலும் காண்க
