We, a family of four, were booked to fly by South China Airlines from Beijing to Delhi via Guangzhou on 4th July, 2017. The flight was cancelled due to rain in Beijing and floods in Guangzhou. The South China Airlines in Beijing refused to endorse our tickets on another airline or provide any hotel to stay till another flight or to give any assistance. They said that they have no responsibility to passengers, in case of bad weather. We had to take another flight via Singapore to Delhi by Singapore airlines at our own cost. We have applied for refund of tickets thru our travel agents, even here, the South China airline has not done anything for 15 days. Please be beware of flying with such an airline anywhere.
