1) Passenger Name- Sudarshan Desai. Plus other 6 Co-Passenger.
2) Package- Haridwar & Hrishikesh. Date- 23/7/2013 & 24/7/2013. Cost 1030/-.
3) Vehicle- Force Mini bus. 1+1 Ac semi sleeper bus in good condition.
4) Driver an arrogant in behavior. No original vehicle documents found when police caught him @ Haridwar. Here wasted 1.5hrs with RTO.
5) In booking time they promised guide, rooms, fresh-up spots @ hotels, but No guide facility, No Accommodation Facility, No proper Clean fresh-up restroom facility, No good Hotel(lunch & tea) facility Provided in whole trip.
6) We saw the whole place with our own knowledge & our own hired guide.

I had a reservation for 4 with this folk on 22/Oct/2012 for a trip to Hrishikesh and Haridwar for an overnight trip. When I reached their facility to take the bus I noticed that the number of people were very few (around 10) for 27 seater, remember that I booked with this folks because I could not get reservation with panickerâs travels for the same day. The bus journey was horrible as Inone of us could sleep even for a moment eventhough the road was ok. The bus was of low quality and the shock absorber was not present at all. In Hrishikesh, we reached at 5AM and they took us to a really shady place for the morning fresh up. There was no arrangements for breakfast or lunch. They stopped at regular bus stand and asked us to go find our way
