I usually go to salons in delhi. But since I am puttin up in noida, I thought of trying finesse noida, seeing its good location and nearest to my house. When I reachd and told them abt my acne prone skin and I needed gel based facial...firstly the staff had no clue... The girl was talking like a complete inexperienced and like any stereotype asking me to go for gold facial. I asked for a lotus facial and they said its 2500... Though what I usually get at a posh salon in green park is only for 1250. I refused then they said take mint gel facial... I agreed... But only to regret later. They dont keep the products transparency so dont know what brand theyh used on me... Moreover it didnt feel like gel based... The towels.. The room.... Sheets

Use to be a fair place till early 2010, I am going there since last 5-6 years, finally stoped due to pathetic experience recently. Since the second half of 2010 their services started declining as their old skilled stuff left in groups due some reason unknown to me. Even the the owner couple who used to be humble at the begaining, with whom I have interacted many times went through attutude changes and doesn't care about customer feedback or satisfaction, money is all they want, not customer. Currently they got very limited skilled stuff, most of them don't even know how to handle or talk to customer, towels etc. they use are not clean. Specificly the Noida branch incharge, a female member behave like an uneducated, all my friends in Noida

Visiting Finesse beauty salon is waste of your money..!! They are folk of unskilled untrained staff,
thet do not deserve even 100 bugs for whatever services they provide. They use stuff

it is worst salon i have ever been to , they just spoiled my hair, thy did not know the procedure of rebonding and completely ruined my hair, and after complaining they are not ready to listen. i suggest not to go there.
Finesse beauty salon is a thief, especially the metropolitan and mega mall branches. One one occasion, they actually charged Rs 800 more for a facial, and when we asked for a bill, they said they did not know the code, and hence printed hair color twice, and struck that and wrote by hand 'facial'.
Besides the service is also not that great, they over price themselves for no reason, just because they are located in malls.
ONE SHOULD NOT GO TO ANY FINESSE, JUST NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
