Overall a good service if you want to call and book through this agent, but i had a worst experience while booking a ticket online. It turned out that they have a very bad setup, when you book a ticket for some travels they need to confirm it manually, that means it is not confirmed if you book in night time. Worst is the seat is open even after your money is deducted from your account. I lost the seat i had blocked , still don't know which seat i will get.
I would suggest you to *not to book a ticket* online from their site, especially if it is night time. You can choose to book from some of the other sites which have good service and very good interface than chalpathi travels's website.
