Today I went to transfer my gas connection to New Delhi. Behavior of clerical staff was very rough. He returned me and asked for coming at 4pm.Though it takes only fifteen minutes after deposit of documents and empty gas cylinder. I'm a defence personal it is very hard to come repeatedly from office. Pl look at the matter and improve the customer service.

we booked refile on 5th of June, we got the messege that you have delivered on 9th of June, but up to now we didn't receive the cylender, please cheque it out and send it soon, our consumer no is 11461.

We booked 3 times and still didn't Receive my cylinder, and we called you also, but the lady who spoke was very arrogant, she is very bad..... my consumer number is 80491 plz tell the details, least expect from this services

my consumer no is 84810 in the month of january 16 your gass boy was delivered the cylinder and obtained 750/- rs.from my daughter
please confirm what is the actual price of the cylinder and send the invoice to my mail i.e.,orugantilakshminarasimham@gmail.com do the needful and obilige.

Both of your land line numbers are not working. I booked cylinder on 12th of March 2014, con. # CS1180278 so far not received gas cylinder. Can you explain way this delay on gas cylinder delivery.
