I bought a voltas 1.5 ton ac on 2012 from Great eastern dalhousie .But after installation I found that the ac was not cooling properly.I tried to contact them over the telephone to all their numbers but not a single call was answered. so then I visited the showroom personally and lodged complaint with the in-charge of the showroom. so then one of the representative came he asked for 2800 rs, but i asked for detail, then he asked to pay 2600 ,then i asked for its bill, he said there is no such bill for such service a repaired . but after repairing still the cooling system was not working properly. I had also lodged the complain on voltas customer care service regarding this issue and requested to replace the A/C with a new one as I had n

Yesterday I went Great Eastern garia branch to buy one refrigerator Godrej 212Litre but your sales Executive behaviour is too much bad. He dono't know how to deal with customer.I booked the refrigerator at 3.30pm and at evening around 7Pm.I came with Cash Rs16,000.00 and made the bill after that the salesman told us that the fridge sold to anyone , and the colour is also not available in their godown,and his behaviour is very rough and rude. Second time we will not visit your shop.In future Please appoint a good Salesman who have patience.It is my personal Request.Oversmart is not a goodwill of the company.

My Experience is horrible with great eastern.I booked a Voltas a.c on 23rd april 2014 .They delivered the A.C on 24th only.But when votlas people came for installation they found that machine is not working properly.They ask us to contact the shop.we went there but they r not ready for replacement.they are saying that they will repair the same.Well after so much talk,say like as i am a lady he is able to say anything(god knows if i am not a lady then what would be do) he says he will replace the same.i contacted with votlas people they are saying they already replaced the same.but great eastern is not delivering the same.i contacted the customer service desk. a person from shop called me for the formalities .he doesn't know anything.and i a

I had booked an AC from Great Eastern Trading Company - Srerampur branch (Hitachi Kaze Plus RAU318HUD 1.5 ton) on 05/04/2014 committed to be delivered at my address on 07/04/2014. However on after waiting for the whole day on 07/04/2014 I called their branch for dispatch details & surprisingly they had told me that the said model is not in stock (but it was available there into the stock when I had paid & booked the same) which may be came after 1 or 2 week & it seems nobody of the branch have that much of responsibility to inform the same to the me (the customer).
Further I became surprised & really disappointed that they are offering me to take a higher model by paying the balance amount.

i bought a godrej refrigerator on 2008 end from GREAT EASTERN , UTTARPARA Branch. After 4 yrs it was not giving refrigeration, i contacted for service, service engr came, changed the compressor, refilled the gas after vacuuming for only 20 mins and go away with service charge . Next day again problem started.I then called local technician, they solved the problem.

I am a customer of great eastern Trading company, Dalhousie since 1994. Then it was a great shop. But recent time
it turns a bad /worst one. I purchased an A.C on 12.02.2013 , Model no. AR12FC5 TAPD , SAMSUNG, SPLIT-5STAR.
But they have treated with me in different way which is not expected at all. Firstly
a) They took Rs. 31,500/- which is more than at least 1000/- which is levied from the other customers.
b) The assured me to give a 14 pcs laopola dinner set which they wrote on my Bill. But now they denying to give me the
gift . After about one and half month on 21.03.2013 they request me a Toster in lieu of diner set. It is totally unexpected
from great eastern Treading com. with whom I am related more or less 20 years.

I had purchased one washing machine IFB AW6501 RB 6.5 KG TOPOADING from GREAT EASTERN TRADING CO. SINTHIMORE, B T ROAD outlet on 15-08-2012.After receiving home delivery on 19-08-2012 ,we did not get any manual operation book & warranty card inside the packing box.The matter has been informed to the delivery man & he in turn advised me to intimate the incident to the concerned dealer from where it was purchased.Accordingly ,while conacted with the said outlet ,they told that it will be given from the shop after few days.Afer few days , one service engineer visited our residence for demonstration purpose to make it installed properly.Regarding non-availability of operation manual & warranty card . he also advised us to collect the same from
