My experience with them was not good.
Pros:
1. They do deliver (although not on time). Yes, thats a pro in today's world as many sites dont even deliver.
2. Might pick up your phone (but only once or twice). Many other sites dont even pick up the phone.
Cons:
1. Gross substitution of products.
I mean you can not substitute Ferraro Rocher with Dairy Milk. They are by no means comparable. And you charge $25 for that fist sized teddy meant to be hanged in cars? You gotta be kidding me.
2. Not punctual.
They gave me the commitment of a delivery time of 7:30 am. But they delivered at 9:30 am. And then on questioning you tell me we havnt charged you extra for early morning delivery.
3. Not so good customer care.
