quality of vegetables not good at BTM even though they sell at cheap price compared to market rate

Hi,
Recently I bought Rice from BTM foodworld. The quality is really bad. I returned and got new packet of rice even that is smelling. It is really bad on their part to sell suck kind of cheap grade groceries. I have been visiting food world from past many years and disappointed with the products off late.
