Oye Amritsar: Fine dine meets dhaaba at Oye Amritsar, where you can feast on seriously Punjabi fare. While you wait for your Lawrence Road ke Tawa Tikke and Mooli Channa Chatpata, the Punjabi kitsch (World Famous in Amritsar) on the wall will keep you entertained. Favourites include Bhatinda Cantonment Mutton Curry, Ludhyanwi Haveli di Masaaledar Chammpe and the jalebis. The ambience and food fight to outdo each other, but happily for the customer ones as good as the other.

Food quality in bad, only Lassi is good. The interiors are different than usual, but nowadays this concept is not unique. Definitely not worth the price. Veg options are not good, can't say about non-veg.
over priced for food quality..but u can try it for authentic punjabi Lassi.
Made 2 / 3 visits to Oye Amrtisar.. Last time had buffet. Buffet is OK, a la carte is better.

One word HORRIBLE!!! food and service both.
We had specifically ordered no chilli peppers in our food but the food was extremely hot and after complaining(they were not even sorry for it),they took the curries back to fix it.Well it looked and tasted like,they have brought the same things back.
Also,its not the real Punjabi food.

The food is awesome. Those who love north indian food must visit this place. Since i am a vegeterian we ordered Amristari Paneer Starter which was awesome , especially with the chutney and pickle. The Lassi is too much for one person to complete so remember to order less than the number of members. The main course was good and satisfying. Then place is all decked up in dhaba style so u can enjoy it in the heart of the city...
Loved the food here especially some Pindiwaale Bhatti ke Murg starter. Their punjabi cocktails were not that good. The service was good though. Its less heavy on pocket compared to other roof top restaurant around in Church Street like Angeethi.
If you like punjabi food, then you must try this place. Dont miss Kadhi and pindi chole.
