Service by the staff is pathetic. Utter disappointment.Misleading customers for the sake of sales. Once sale is completed we come to see their real face.Wouldnt recommend this store to anybody.
I had changed my connection from Pre-paid to Post paid during which they had collected amount of Rs. 500/- as a deposit. Later I have ported from Vodafone to other network 10 months back. Till now they have not repaid the amount. I am trying to contact them and I am unable to contact. Very poor service and harsh behavior of the staff.
Another story with the same store of me:
I took an additional pre-paid number (9986745752) on 27 Aug 2011, through a shop at Malleshpalya with passport copy for address proof, ID proof and a photo.
It got activated on 29 Aug 2011.
I travelled out station with that number and found it got deactivated on 9 Sep 2011.
After coming back I called customer care and they told my photo is not clear in the ID proof and I have to re-submit it again.
I visited Indira Nagar 100 ft road office on15 Oct 2011; and after waiting for 40 minutes in the queue the executive told me that I need to re-submit all documents and not just the id proof.
I had to go back and on 19 Oct 2011; I went to Church street store with all docs and a photo (US visa format

I changed from post paid to pre-paid from this store.
Initially they told lot of reasons why that cannt be done..then after reaching out to their managers...managed for a sim card on 23 Sep 2010 and they told it will activated within 3-5 days. Till today it has not got activated. And the service guys won't even bother to call you..nor will they pich the store number if dialled.
Walking daily to their store now and getting replies it will be done today..tomorrow etc.,
