Would like to bring to your notice that i have boughe the AMC Cookware 1 year back & it is a great stuff, but i have a very bad experience when i wanted a part to be replaced.
It has been 3 months & still they have not replaced the faulty parts & each time i go to the office in HBR Layout they do not give me any date, they keep making me run around i am really very depressed. as i have paid a huge amount & have taken these expensive items. when we buy it we are given false promises saying that the parts will be replaced but the experience has taught us that we need to cautious when we buy anything of this sort after paying teh huge amount.
