Excellent Men Facial
In preparation for my engagement party, I was required by my family to get a facial done. Honestly, I am not really a facial kind of guy but everybody thinks my skin is rough and patchy so what the heck, I need to impress my future in-laws so I gave in. As per recommendation by a friend I came here. I was surely impressed. Skin felt smoother and lighter. The experience was relaxing as well. Will need them again for my wedding in June. Thank you.
This place is pretty good. I have been there twice. But to be very honest the second experience was not so good as the first one . The therapist completed the massage in one hour and 40 minute sthough the whole process was expected to be for 2 hours. Infact the therapist was more in a hurry to complete the massage . I gave the same feedback to the lady at the reception. I got it done on 2nd week of Jan and i went for walnut polishing.
i wonder why this place never advertises. i would not have known of it if a friend did not tell me about it. it's almost like a secret haven in the middle of a busy city. if you are looking for a place where you can truly relax and have a good massage, this is the place. rooms are spacious and clean, therapists are well-trained and very professional. during my 2nd visit, the receptionist informed me that since the therapist assigned to me will be late by 15 mins, they gave me a complimentary 30 mins foot reflexology. good customer service, they know how to please the clients
Hello Shan, may I please know your real name and the date when you had your facial with S2 Spa? As per record, I do not have a client with the name of Shan so you might be using a nickname. As a standard operating procedure in our spa, we have a review sheet which we ask all our clients to fill out after every service and if there's any unsatisfactory review, we would surely act on it right away. Shan, I am really just wondering what facial you got done with us because we do not have a 30 or 45 minute facial in S2 Spa. All our first-time facials start with a skin consultation and this alone already takes up 15 to 30 mins. I am not sure how body massage is here ,it might be good but i had facial in this spa after seeing so many above reviews and it was worst experience i ever had..They charged around 2800 and facial is done in just 35-40 minutes...I don't see any difference after facial..
They said half facial will be done first and will see difference and then go on..I think that can been seen in every face, if u wash half face and kept other face like that...So ofcourse difference will be there..
I am a regular spa goer in many countries. I have had good massages in some places but what made my S2 experience different is that they made me feel that they truly care about what would make me comfortable and what would relieve my pain. The owner Ema spent time talking to me and she listened intently. The assigned therapist was also very attentive. In most places, the therapists just go through the motion. But here, I had a great massage and felt truly cared for. That is something, isn't it? Second time I visited them, I tried their Agelock Wrinkle Iron facial. Everyone seems to be talking it so I tried it. This one is a truly unique experience and a must-try! I felt my face firmer and brighter soon after.

It was a fantastic experience right from the time I was greeted at the door by Armaan, through the direct consultation with EMA and ninety minutes of total relaxation in a super clean room with a serene ambiance. Not to mention the masseuse who knew exactly what she was doing and was completely tuned into my sensitivity to pressure and decreasing or increasing it as the case may be. Very professional. I'll definitely be going back for more!
5-Star Service at an Affordable Price
I am usually physically and mentally stressed from work and if I could manage to get a massage as often as I want, I would. But getting a decent massage in Bangalore where the therapists really know what they are doing could be quite expensive as you have to get them done at the spas in 5-star hotels. Somebody suggested to me S2 Spa and was told that they have a great offer and a great service which is like that of a 5-star hotel spa.
The place is very clean and hygienic. The therapists look neat and smart, you can tell they know what they are doing, they are well-trained.

I went to S2-Soft N Supple today after reading all the encouraging comments here and found the place worth the comments, The decor is very nice too. I dint go for the wrinkle iron facial today but would surely try it in the coming weeks, I tried the Swedish massage with MPT and must say the experience was superb, worth every single penny, I have tried similar massages in some 5 star spas also but they are quite expensive, S2 offers the same experience at a relatively reasonable price . The masseurs were very good at their job and pretty well trained also I guess.The representative with whom I talked to on phone and met later "Jaya" was also very nice and polite.
