Will never recommend this place to anyone. The stuff looks good but their after sales is pathetic.
Bought a bag worth 6000. The handle broke...not once twice. The salespeople are extremely rude and not helpful.

Hi, I would never ever suggest anybody to buy any hand bag from this shop. I bought a hand bag (model esp-429) worth 1980 rupees in Dec-2012. Within 4 months the bag's leather was peeling off and I went to the shop for its warranty. They took the bag and told to come next week and collect the exchanged one. Next week I went to collect but sadly didn't get my handbag. They didn't even inform me beforehand. They again asked to come next week, but again some silly excuses. They don't keep their commitments & promises. Even after one month of waiting period, they have not given me the exchanged hand bag. Worst manner to deal with the customer. These guys are cheats & frauds.

I thought their bags were real good with steal away prices. Probably with a bit more of marketing, atleast with a website they would do the great in the market considering they could beat hide design bags with their price n design. but i dont know how genuine their leather is and the sad bit is they neither give a warranty.
