You people are making the customers fool by putting stupid offers and if we want to exchange them you are not allowing. It is not all good. Because with same author there will b many books and sometimes we may take different book. Do change the stupid policies you are following. Today I took a book and I am very disappointed with the stupid policies. This is my feedback
Aweful service. Try calling them up over phone asking for book titles. I was twice put on hold forever. Tried sending a complaint mail and bounced back with "inbox full" message. What a PLACE!.

I am a regular at Landmark but I have started buying books online recently . It was crazy finding the best price with so many players online and i jst bought it from where ever I found first
many of us fail to notice the sales executives when we are shopping!!!!!!!!!!!! but in landmark... specially in the DVD, CD section the sales people are so excellent that unknowingly you will notice and like as well their service!!!!!!!!!!!
