Unfriendly customer service , very high prices, told them to at least reduce a little discount they didn't even reduce Rs.100 so selfish and very much cling to their prices they wouldn't give a penny as a discount so BEWARE of Golchha never go if you are looking for discount and if you are on a budget better go for other shops before buying try to contact and get full price of the quotation
Really rude pple, went there to get a quote of a gaming PC and walked out because of the way they responded. Acted like they were doing me a favor or something. The minute i went in they gave me a sheet to fill what i need and walked away, i filled everything and had to wait for the sales person to come back, after 10 mins or so he came back filled the price for te first item then saw the next item and said its not available and walked away. Had to wait for another 10 mins or so for him to get back and his reaction was pretty much like "why are you still standing here".
I don't know how they deal with Computers, But don't trust them on Roland Products!!
Their customer service is good...and i liked their collection of laptops..planning to buy Samsung laptop next month:)
I am a regular customer of Golcha.This is probably the best shop to purchase laptop,computers and accessories.Even though the price is bit expensive comparing to other shops in S.P road I think its better to buy genuine electronic items rather than end up purchasing fake replicas of products.
