I went to Reliance Timeout Store at Ascendas-Park Square Mall, Whitefield Bangalore in May 2012. I bought lot of book from there and cashier told me to enroll for Reliance Timeout card by paying Rs. 150 which will help me to get additional discount on books. I gave money for Card but cashier told be that currently they are not having any cards in the store. He told to give my address and phone number and he told and my card will be sent to my address.
After two months when I have not received my card, I went again the the store to know about the same story of cards not available again. They told that as soon as cards will be there it will be sent to my address.
Around five months passed and I did not got any card. I visited them again.
