I serviced my honda shine on 8th july, and the service is very worst... even the chain was not tighten and it is untouched. today i revisited the same service station with another complaint and that was addressed but again failed to tighten the chain. i don't know what the hell they are running the station. i contacted the incharge.. he informed me that he is lack of resource. so due to lack of resource our vehicles are not properly serviced with proper billing :-( literally waste of our hard earning money and safety... we are not sure whether they are replacing the engine oil or just topping up...
i have seen the reviews after i gave my bike for service, otherwise i would have not given my bike for servicing..
forget about servicing but they made my bike worse than before and they charged me 2k .
outside mechanics are much better than this center and i would strongly suggest not to go there .
even if u go there i can see your similar comment here for sure.
i had witnessed a bike never touched for 3 days and charged 1000 , when i went there to get my bike.
@arashu new : Manager doesn't even respond when u ask something in person.. what ll we expert when we call for complaint.
