My LG Washing Machine needs some spares and the LG customer care directed me to Golden Enterprises. Despite trying the line hundreds of times, they picked up just once only to tell me that they don't have what I want. They act as if they are doing us a favour by answering the phone. It is like a government office - only worse.
Worst service I have ever seen. I had bought a LG Microwave last 2 years back and it stopped working. I lodged a complaint with LG Customer care and the complaint was routed to GOLDEN ENTERPRISES. But they are really not capable in handling customer problems. I think LG should keep away from these people as it will spoil LG's name because of these irresponsible people.
