Worst service ever..being a value member of naturals..been cheated of around rs 1800 for hair colouring..

I am a regular customer of naturals salon, Vellore. Not because it offers the best services but just because its better than the other salons in Vellore. Today i have done straintening of my hair and the charges were exorbitant.. Inspite of the high price i went for it. But unfortunately the smoothening has not been done properly. My hair doesnt look strightened at all. The hair dresser says that he would re do it but why should i subject my hair for another round of chemicals!!!! I wpuld like my refund at the earliest. Even after charging more than 7000 bucks for the service the results were far from expectation. Atleast keep trained staff if u r planning to loot the customers. Exorbitant prices for a good service is still acceptable.

Hello, My name is Sharath. I am from Hyderabad. Recently I visited to Naturals Sainikpuri Secunderabad and I feel like I went to local saloon, there is unprofessional, male staff name Kiran speaks wargler language to fellow staff, rates are high and no bill receipt given. I had the services of rs.4000 they took the payment and no receipt given. I feel like some fraud is going on. No professionalism with the staff nobody cares the customers. There is no value of your brand. I wasted my money. With this incidence I will never visit to naturals and tell my friends not to visit.
