HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE (DONT EVER ENTER INTO THAT BUS) - I travelled bus from hyderabad to bangalore on 26/12/2013. it was very horrible experience. worst experience i ever had in bus. they stopped near ananthapur for more than 2 hours and they transferred us to different bus which is very bad in condition and moreover that bus did not go in main highway instead went aroundd villages and reached bangalore 5 hours late and the worst part is they did not stop in selected destinations. the more worst part is people in travels are not ready to lift the phone only when we called them. one guy missed his interview because of this and many people missed their offices. we were supposed to reach bangalore by 7 but we reached after 12 in the afternoon.

i travelled from bang to hyd on sleeper last ni8....the bus condition was worst...and it went breakdown near anantapur at 2'o clock in the morning and driver said to get down and get in to other bus..(kesineni,kaveri,kaleswari) and they made us to pay another 400 rupees and allowed us...driver of diwakar travelles assured us they will re-fund our money the other day...but when i called office for re-fund their answers were very rude and disappointing.

worst service.... irresponsibility of drivers
