Established in 1994, the Medical Educational and Nature Services (MEANS) Old Age Home has been working towards a just, poverty-free India and to help the poor and needy. They started out their stint with the dying destitute at Moula-Ali and have now branched out to Tarnaka, Nagaram and Parvathapuram. They are registered under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) and have all statutory requirements for Income Tax Exemptions so that tax-payers can contribute towards MEANS. It looks to create a responsible and compassionate society by overcoming injustice and inequality. MEANS' attitude towards the elderly represents the psychological and social change that they so strongly believe in.
