sir we hqad closed our BSNL Landline postpaid phone to customwer care at BSNL trimigheryy on 22-008-2023 and ahnded over the instrument to them
we were told that an a,ount of rs 6,000-00 is due to us so far it has not come hence we request your office to kindly help us in thsi matter

Worst service I have ever received from any Telecom company. I got my BSNL No. 9444694770 ported from Chennai circle to Andhra Pradesh circle through application at BSNL exchange Lal Bazaar, Trimulgherry for Rs. 10.The officials don't give complete information. Even After portability activation my no. was being shown in Chennai circle and no offers were being reflected on my number . I was receiving incoming calls and SMS. When I tried to topup it online transaction failed . Then I called customer care twice they gave me other numbers to contact. When I called that number I told them about my problem. Then only they actually ported my number. And now they are telling me to recharge it with you Rs. 61 for 6 months' validity with no talktim

I have purchased a BSNL EVDO device last year with customer id 4001642622 and phn no:04029098187,but returned it back within 15 days of its purchase due to the lack of network.U know what the worst part is i'm still receiving its bill till date...how ridiculous!!!,when I dont even have the device wid me i wonder how am i using it!!!!!!I have been trying to contact the customer care many a times since about 18 months,they never reply u back thats the most annoying part...I regret of ever connecting with BSNL...

shravan: i am living in moosapet at hyderabad.From 2 days we are not able to call any network and sms too.it is a bad network.Atleast we are not able to call customer care also

I purchased sim on 3/10/10 and till date Network fails to connect me to any incomming mobile call from BSNL net work.I make two complaints to your call center and it was told that fault rectified but still fault persist. .It is very much contrast to TATAS reputetion.

BSNL is the most corrupt, lazy, lethargic customer Care. It right time to bann BSNL and its operations by Government of India. I refer my problem to you. I am quoting ref. No.12229629538 dtd13/09/10 for shifting of my BSNL Tele line 27744540 from Sripuri Colony in Karkhana to Gruhalakshmi Colony in Karkhana. which is barely 2 minutes walk. Only thing is that the lazy and lethrgic JTO of Picket Office is not effecting the shift. What shall we do. The Customer service at BSNL, Patny, Secunderabad told me that the shift will be made within one week and so far nothing happended till date. If any sincere officer of BSNL does care and duty bound please take this matter to the eyes and ears of your department and days are not for when the peop

just now i have make a call to bsnl customer care number 9400024365 and i was posting my query and they were not responding to my query from last night i was trying and one of the guy asked me to cal in the morning and when i called back now they didn't respond me with answer and one of the lady asked me to wait for a second and quit the call ,when i was about to cal back third time they have cut my connection to speak to customer care
i was shocked when they have cut my call, is this the way they behave with customers .I didn't see in any of the customers in this manner then immediately i have decided to change my connection from bsnl to someother connection which is good
