I wish there was something to indicate negative rating because that's what this place deserves.
After paying 800 bucks for a bouquet to be delivered in the afternoon, it arrived at 9pm in the night. I kept calling customer service from 4pm and they kept telling me the flowers had left. The delivery address is just 20 minutes walking distance from the shop. The delivery boy could have reached there earlier than 5pm even if he had to hop on one foot to the destination.
