High handedness of the staff.
Since they think that if a customer is complaining, they need to know the process before they even complain.
I pity the owner to have such a bad staff in his organisation.
Btw just so that you know my complaint no is C25 and my ceiling fan is not working since the last 10 days now, and no one had bothered giving me a complaint number and now when they gave me one, they have delayed it by 3 additional days.
