I wish if there could have been a negative rating to this travel agency.The incident was like the driver was late by 45 mins & as soon as he came the bus stopped & was not able to move.morever we were trying to call the owner he was not picking up the call & he came with the mechanic after 1 hour.The owner was so bad & mean that he didn't came out of his car & checked the bus .He was not talking with us for this matter.he was showing as if he is owner of crores of agencies & such thing doesn't cares him.After such he arranged the new shitty bus.The driver forced me after starting the bus to give me entire payment .Such thing is not tolerable.1st of all the bus service was not proper & the owner was so bad how can we pay him.he told us unles
