Dear All,
I personally recommend that one should never visit shangrila Resort. It is one of the worst resorts I have ever seen. Last saturday i.e. on 14/07/2012 we had visited the resort with our office staff for office picnic and what I found was the worst service , bad quality food , no proper care from the staff and the worst of it was the chemical they had used for cleaning water. It has caused burns on the skin of my many of my colleagues including itching all over the body.
It is my suggestion to not to visit that place because adults might be able to bear that skin problems but do not dare take children there.

The rooms are pathetic. A/c leaks into your room......The intercom didnt work.......The rooms and bathrooms smell very dirty.........You would find yourself spending time in the room alongwith with the A/c maintenance and intercom maintenance guys walking in and out of the room
I had to fight for room change but the new room was also pathetic.......Bathroom emanated the worst odour you could think of.......Used towel from the previous checkout..........Toilet seat pathetic...........Lots of mosquitoes.........
Their main attraction......the Waterpark is overcrowded.........Dirty and Drunk crowd .........getting worser with each passing day........Cant think of visiting the place with family again....................
Food is good .
