Yesterday recharge of my mobile Airtel for RS.448 plan done by one of the executive in this gallery to activate but till today no update on this.
Mobile number got dead as recharge not successful. Outgoing services stopped inspite of in time recharge.
No receipt is received.
I was told that recharge is successful
I am unable to make calls.

It,s embarassing that Airtell call center directed malad gallery to send man with unregisterd revival sim which could n't be activated in saven days past when Thane gallery is near.
I want to revive old airtell lost cell sim no.9867114363, sim given on 01-03-2014,till not activated.poor service
I online recharged by my Debit card with Rs. 333 on my airtel no.(9960057794) but amount didn't came in airtel account and my Rs.333 debited.

Suggestion- Use Landline but dont use AIRTEL.Dont pay by credit card they will definitely take out more money from ur account. After one year All problems are as it is.Are AIRTEL is the worst service i have used in my life no one is co-operative even the "Apco Agency's" AGENTS are big CHOR no one is helping in the gallery, Even i have paid more than my BILL and they dont even have proof abt my call charges. They are saying all charges are right, but not giving single proof even i have proof still no one is taking action. Pathetic Service no one naswers 9867177438 and other number 9324439901 is of reliance number.... I dont know what wrong with Airtel. First of all you ask documents again and again and then your call center says the card is activated from gallery!!!! What is this all about... Why don't you guys close shops.... and business. Mr. Mittal will be happy man instead of reading the rip offs and i am sure they are not going to improve ...
