Hi , please don't buy any products form khosla Howrah AC branch.
I have not yet received the refund as was advised. Now they don't even bother to pick the phone.

Please try to avoide buying products from Khosla Electronics Howrah AC branch, as I have a very bad experience. I had purchased gyser from there , however due to some unavoidable circumstances I had to cancel the order on the same day within few hours of purchase. I was promised a refund of my money , but more than 2 months have passes by, I am yet to receive the amount. Whenever I try to call them up I am informed it has been approved and you will get the money in your account. This is ongoing for more than 2 months. Today I called them up, again was informed that I will get the money but this time the manager of the branch informed that he is not sure when.
Please refrain from purchasing any products from Khosla Electronics , as I am sold a defective product and Khosla's after sales support
is even worse, as once product is sold they just don't take any responsibilities for replacement and don't even bother to take calls/replies to emails.
Customer has to directly fight and coordinate with vendor for convincing the product replacement which usually takes more than a month.
